As active members of the YEHUDI community,
What does the Jewish Youth Pledge say?
“I hereby pledge to act today and throughout my lifetime to strengthen the Jewish people and the State of Israel. I make this commitment because I have a responsibility to ensure that my generation writes the next chapter of the Jewish story and remains a strong link in the chain of generations.”
What are pledgers saying?
What is the difference between the Jewish Youth Pledge and the Jewish Future Pledge?
The Jewish Youth Pledge encourages Jewish teens and young adults, ages 13-29, to take active roles in leading and contributing to the Jewish community. The Jewish Future pledge focuses on Jews older than age 30 and asks them to pledge that half or more of the money they plan to leave to charity in their will goes to supporting the Jewish people and/or the State of Israel.
