This YEHUDI Fellowship trip is part of a YEHUDI fellowship program that includes participation in 7 classes as two shabbat experiences. Failure to complete pre-trip requirements could result disqualification from the trip. Make-up classes and shabbat experiences are at the discretion of the YEHUDI educator.
The dates of the weekly learning sessions are Sundays: 4/16, 4/23, 4/30, 5/7, 5/14, 5/21 and 5/18 (post trip)
The Shabbaton is scheduled for 5/13.
This trip is scheduled and priced based on flight from either FLL or MIA. YEHUDI will automatically book your flights unless you tell us otherwise on this registration form. YEHUDI is only committed to the stated price if flying from FLL or MIA. Any differences in flight costs if flying different from the group are the responsibility of the student.
This trip is all inclusive including travel, lodging and meals. Some airlines charge extra for luggage. Any luggage fees will be the responsibility of the traveler
Every participant is required to purchase travel insurance, prior to this trip that will cover medical emergencies, property loss or flight cancelations.
Students have the choice to purchase their own travel insurance or to join a group policy that YEHUDI will purchase on their behalf for $75.
If you would like to join the YEHUDI policy, please select the $75 insurance option in the payment section of this form.
Should any student fail to purchase travel insurance, that student will be responsible for any of the costs above including but not limited to: medical emergency, loss of property/luggage, flight cancelations.
YEHUDI will not be liable.
This program is highly subsidized and YEHUDI lays out significant funds for each participant. Therefore the following policies will be strictly adhered to:
1. Should YEHUDI cancel this trip at any time, participants will receive a full refund.
2. YEHUDI may start to book flights on behalf of the student any time after this registration is complete. Once flights have been booked , participants will be bound by the cancelation policies of the airline. If YEHUDI can not receive a refund, the student will also not receive a refund.
3. Should a participant be unable to travel due to a positive covid test, the student will receive only the refund or flight credit that YEHUDI receives
4. Should a student be required to cancel due to not meeting covid vaccine requirements of the country we are traveling to, no refund will be issued.
All YEHUDI programs are built upon the commitment to the program and respect of fellow participants . Failure to live up to such standards could result in expulsion from the program at the participant's expense .
Examples of disrespect can include but are not limited to: Unwanted touching, vulgar speech, being in the hotel rooms of others of the opposite gender, unwanted sexual advances, fighting.
I understand that I am participating in this program at my own risk. YEHUDI will not be held responsible for any injury, illness, loss of property, or God forbid, loss of life.
